STEP 1: Secure Your Hive
All 5-frame nucleus hive purchases require either a $50 non-refundable deposit or full payment to reserve your bees on the truck. Reserving early ensures availability for Denver, Colorado Springs, and Steamboat Springs pickup locations.
 
STEP 2: Submit Your Contact Form & Relax
After purchasing your nuc, you’ll receive a short contact form. Please complete and return it by email or text so we can organize pickup schedules and confirm which Colorado location you’ll attend. This helps us keep distribution smooth and stress-free for both new and experienced beekeepers.
 
STEP 3: Pickup Day
We will confirm the final pickup date two weeks in advance once weather and colony readiness are finalized. Each city will have one scheduled pickup day, so please plan accordingly.
For customers who placed a deposit, remaining balances can be paid at pickup via cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or credit card.
